Supplier feeds, parsers & scraping

We set up a parser that pulls products, prices and stock from your supplier's warehouse — or any website — straight into your store. One-time setup, any platform, runs on a schedule.

What we do

Manually copying products, prices and stock from your suppliers — or paying a tool €100+ a month that only half-fits — is a quiet tax on every online store. We set up the parser instead, as a one-time job. Give us the source — a distributor's warehouse feed, a REST API, a 1C export, or a website with no feed at all — and we pull the data, clean it, match it up, and push it where you need it: WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Shopify, a custom store, or a plain spreadsheet. The platform makes no difference; the parser is written for your exact case. We already run this in production: manguarvutid.ee keeps 5,000+ products in sync from three distributor feeds at once, picks the cheapest supplier per item by EAN (barcode), and hides out-of-stock products on its own. It runs on a schedule (cron — a timer on the server), on your hosting, not on a laptop that has to stay on — and we keep it working when a supplier changes their format.

Why not just a SaaS tool or a Fiverr script

Two common shortcuts — a monthly SaaS tool, or a one-off freelance script — and where each one leaves you.

What we set up

Pick what you need. These are one-time setup prices for the EU market — you pay once for the work, not a monthly subscription. We fix your exact price in writing before we start.

Price & stock sync (existing products)

€150–300

Your products already exist in the store — we keep their prices and stock in step with the supplier's feed, on schedule. Matched by SKU or EAN (barcode), out-of-stock hidden automatically.

Full product import (from scratch)

€300–600

New products built from the feed end to end: titles, descriptions, specs, images, categories and variations mapped into your store. The heavier job, because every field has to line up.

Multi-supplier price & stock

€600–2,000

Several warehouses merged into one catalogue: the cheapest supplier wins per product by EAN (barcode), out-of-stock items hide themselves, images and translations handled. This is what runs manguarvutid.ee.

Custom scraper / data pull

from €150

Any website with no feed at all → CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, an API or your database. One-off export or on a schedule.

Fixes & new feeds

€40 / h

A supplier changed their format and the import broke, or you want to add another warehouse. We fix and extend what is already running.

No monthly subscription for the parser itself — it is a one-time job and the code is yours. Off-the-shelf tools (Prisync, Channable, Octoparse and the like) charge €50–400 every month and only cover the sources they support — and you still set them up and fix them yourself. Later changes on your side are €40 / hour, or included hours if you are on one of our hosting plans.

Any source, any platform

It doesn't matter what you run — the parser is written for your exact case. We read almost any source and write into almost any store or file. The same engineers who build it can keep it running on our EU server.

Parsers & scraping — common questions

On the source side: supplier warehouse feeds (XML, CSV, JSON), REST APIs, 1C exports, Google Sheets, Excel — or a website with no feed at all, which we scrape (read the page like a browser and pull the data out). On the target side: WooCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Shopify, Magento, a custom store, or just a file or database. The platform makes no difference — the parser is written for your case.

Yes. You pay once for the setup and the code is yours. The parser runs on a schedule on your hosting — ours if you host with us, or your own server — so there is no separate monthly fee for it. The only later cost is if you ask us to change something or add a new supplier: that is €40 / hour, or included hours if you are on one of our hosting plans.

Those are self-serve subscriptions: €50–400 every month, they only work with the channels they support, and you do the setup and the babysitting yourself. Even their done-for-you setup options start around €400–600. We build a parser for your exact warehouse feeds, on any platform, as a one-time job — you get a working result you own, not another monthly dashboard to learn.

Keeping prices and stock in sync on existing products is typically €150–300; a full product import from scratch €300–600; a multi-supplier setup where the cheapest wins €600–2,000; a custom scraper from €150. All one-time. We quote one fixed price in writing before any work starts.

That is the number-one reason parsers die. If we host and run yours, the scheduled job tells us the moment it fails or the numbers look wrong, we fix the parser, and your store stays accurate. A one-off freelance script has nobody watching it — it just quietly stops and your prices go stale.

Reading public data — prices, specs, availability — is generally fine in the EU. We respect robots.txt, rate limits and a site's terms, and we never touch personal data or anything behind a login without permission. If a source is off-limits, we tell you up front.

Yes — the code is yours and you can run it anywhere. We just recommend keeping it on our EU server so something is watching it and it stays GDPR-clean.
